Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) today announced that its Global Customer Support website, the Customer Support Center (CSC) has been recognized for a sixth consecutive year by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) as one of the Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2011, a prestigious award showcasing excellence in online service and support. Juniper Networks was named to the ASP's Web Support Hall of Fame in 2009, which honors sites that have been named among the "Ten Best" for at least four years.
