CA Technologies to Deliver Hosting Service via Verizon's Enterprise-Class Cloud

CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) and Verizon (NYSE, NASDAQ: VZ) today announced that CA Technologies will offer its IT management software through Verizon's flagship cloud offering, Computing as a Service (CaaS). Initially, CA Technologies will host CA Clarity™ PPM, its leading project and portfolio management solution, on Verizon CaaS.

Verizon CaaS provides a high-performance SAS 70 Type II-compliant environment in which CA Technologies can host its applications securely and reliably. This hosted software delivery option complements CA Technologies traditional on-premise software delivery and its growing on-demand, SaaS delivery model for CA Service Desk Manager On Demand and CA Clarity™ PPM On Demand.
